I’m a business owner and award-winning event producer with 25+ years of experience producing large-scale events—including three Olympic Games, conferences for global brands like adidas, Johnson & Johnson (Mentor Corp), Webtrends, and Freightliner.
I now focus on empowering women to launch and scale purpose-driven businesses with Clarity, Courage, and Community while producing the Charlotte Chalk Art Festival and Chalk The Walk(way) community engagement activations leading to the hiring of chalk art artists to install their creations at various locations like Sedgefield Park, ImaginOn, Blume Studios, and The Amp during CIAF2023.
At the heart of my work is one mission; to create platforms for others to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
Through my AskBridgetB counseling and coaching initiative, I facilitate the monthly Women Business Owners Resource Exchange gatherings where I guide women through their entrepreneurial journeys using clarity-building frameworks, practical business strategies, and supportive accountability coaching-helping to turn untapped ideas into confident action and real business momentum.
The Small Business Center at Gaston College has me under contract to be a counselor and a workshop facilitator.
